We provide all linens for beds, as well as bath towels and hand towels.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap.
The kitchen is stocked with the following: toaster, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, various size pots & pans, utensils to cook, dinnerware set, cutlery, kettle and coffee maker.
Pets ARE allowed for a $150 fee.
You may check in any time after 3:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. If you need to check-in super late that is not a problem, just follow the self-check-in instructions.
You can check with us. If a guest is not checking out or checking in the day of your arrival/departure, we can block it for you.

You are renting the entire house for your group. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas of the house.
Our download speed is as fast as 175Mbps. The service is very reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues.
Yes, we do have laundry machines that you could use during your stay.
You can park at our garage (2 vehicles).
We allow gatherings, but do not allow full-out parties. If there is a party or any unauthorized guests that are not on the original reservation, there will be a fine and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Please respect this rule and our neighbors.
